About me - Hello, my name is Jacob Lopez and I live the raw food lifestyle. Raw foods have dramatically changed my life, placing me on a positive journey. More amazingly, it has not only changed my life beautifully, but it has affected my family, leading them to eat healthier foods.The Raw Food Movement is a powerful one. People are naturally drawn to it. I never tried to preach to my family about The RFM. All I did was make the conscious decision to improve my health, and they began to improve theirs as well. Since we've incorporated more raw foods into our lifestyles, my mother has lost 10lbs, my brother-in-law lost over 20lbs, my cousin lost over 40lbs, and in the first 4 months of my being raw, I lost a whopping 80lbs (244lbs - 164lbs). Because of our results, more of my family is getting interested, and the word is spreading.
It has now been about 5 months since I've started my journey with raw foods. Since then, I've been able to maintain my weight between 170 - 175lbs just by eating 100% raw. As of right now, some of my favorite foods include Cacao beans (a.k.a raw chocolate) and raw pizzas. RAW! RAW! RAW!
Other raw food favorites - watermellon, grapes, granny smith apples, thompson rasins, young coconuts, cacao, goji berries, blueberries, maca, honey, alfalfa sprouts, avocados, corn, carrots, wheat grass, kale, swiss chard, mustard greens, tumeric, pecans, almonds and cashews.
